Customer Success Manager and Agentic Context Architect at WisdomAI, and a data architect with over sixteen years in business intelligence. I work where enterprise data platforms meet applied machine learning: self-service modernization, decision systems that act rather than report, and the customer-facing architecture that gets them adopted at scale. For the past five years I have also been experimenting with stochastic simulation driven by agentic AI — a standing interest in whether autonomous agents can be made to model uncertainty, rather than only report on what has already happened.

Selected result — peer-reviewed operations research. My work on airport selectee-lane screening, published in the European Journal of Operational Research, demonstrated a greater-than-4% improvement in correctly identifying high-risk passengers over then-current practice. It is also where the simulation thread above began — see publications.

At WisdomAI I own enterprise customer outcomes and architect the governed business context that grounds conversational BI, AI-powered dashboards, and analytics agents in each customer’s data. Before that I designed Google BigQuery-based AI and analytics architecture for CVS Health, and spent seven years at ThoughtSpot — joining as a founding member of the Customer Success team and leaving as Manager of Customer Success for North America East, having led initiatives across 100+ customers representing $40M+ in annual contract value. In between I co-founded SQORai — an autonomous decision-intelligence platform that answers business performance questions with evidence-backed, ledger-reconciled answers — serving as Senior Director of Product Delivery & Client Enablement.

Alongside industry practice I publish peer-reviewed research on applied AI in analytics, serve as a reviewer and editorial board member for international journals and conferences, and served as an industry judge for the 2025 Globee Awards for Cybersecurity.

Research interests

My published research examines how autonomous and AI-driven analytics change decision-making inside operational systems:

• Agentic AI in analytics — autonomous agents that plan, query, and act on enterprise data rather than simply reporting on it.
• Domain applications of AI analytics — healthcare operations, retail personalization, and predictive maintenance in manufacturing.
• Simulation and queueing design for security screening — the airport selectee-lane work noted above, and the origin of my continuing interest in modelling systems under uncertainty.
